Service Advisor

Smith Haven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Saint James is seeking an experienced service advisor. We are a very busy dealership with no shortage of opportunity and we offer a state-of-the-art facility! This is a commission based job

An employee in this position would earn a weekly salary as well as commission. Pay is based on various factors such as proven experience and certifications.

A person in this position would complete various tasks in the service department such as:

• Talking to customers
• Creating work orders and repair orders
• Checking customers in and out
• Providing repair cost
• Providing status update on repairs
• Obtaining customer approval for repairs
