AMP InfoSys is an established managed service provider delivering IT services across Lancashire since 1999. We are a small but growing team dedicated to managing and supporting IT and communications for our client base. Based in modern offices near Preston Docks, we’re at an exciting stage of growth and are looking for an IT Engineer to join us and progress their career.
*The Role *
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with a solid background in IT systems and network support. This role will involve a mix of office based and on-site support, working across a varied client environment and a wide range of technologies.
* Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
* Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-site
* Implementing and Managing cloud-based systems and services
* Microsoft 365 administration and support
* Maintaining and updating technical documentation
*About You *
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an MSP or similar technical environment and be confident working across multiple systems.
* A natural ability for solving problems
* Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
* Good understanding of networking (wired and wireless)
* Experience administering Microsoft 365
* A sound understanding of IT security principles and best practice
* Excellent time management
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Confident spoken and written English
* A genuine interest in IT and technology
* Full UK driving license

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
