Sales Consultant

The Mason Automotive Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Consultant who is energetic, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a competitive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will maintain factory testing standards while effectively communicating and managing a book of business. This role requires a self motivated individual who can build strong customer relationships and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment on a repetitive basis.

• Manage and grow a personal book of business through consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
• Maintain factory testing standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve company sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

• Competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
