Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Schedule & Benefits:

Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active and unrestricted CNA certification
  • Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care
  • Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Ensure residents' living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable
  • Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
  • Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
  • Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
