Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our dental products and services to dental practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating product value through a strong understanding of product offerings.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1+ years of proven success in business-to-business sales. Strong hunter mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a pipeline. High level of maturity and professionalismable to represent the company confidently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
