Provide resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety

Follow infection control policies and procedures

Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs

Immediately report any violations of residents' rights

Current CNA/STNA license

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
