Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads from various marketing channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities within target markets.

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Epicor, Plex).
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of technical specifications and industry standards within manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or product schematics.
