Machine Operator

Textum OPCO, LLC is hiring Machine Operators for its textile manufacturing operation.

Location: Belmont, NC

Schedule: Full-time – 1st and 2nd Shifts available

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators . This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you’ll operate equipment, support efficient production, and help ensure our products meet high standards for quality and safety. If you enjoy working with machinery, staying active, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.

Details of Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet quality and output goals.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to produce assigned products accurately.
• Perform machine set-ups according to equipment and style specifications.
• Inspect products during operation and document findings as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including returning tools to designated locations.
• Wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes and ear protection) at all times.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Report product issues, equipment malfunctions, or injuries to management promptly.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable work habits and good attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery.
