Textum OPCO, LLC is hiring Machine Operators for its textile manufacturing operation.
Location: Belmont, NC
Schedule: Full-time – 1st and 2nd Shifts available
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators . This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you’ll operate equipment, support efficient production, and help ensure our products meet high standards for quality and safety. Details of Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet quality and output goals.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to produce assigned products accurately.
- Perform machine set-ups according to equipment and style specifications.
- Inspect products during operation and document findings as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including returning tools to designated locations.
- Wear required PPE (steel-toe shoes and ear protection) at all times.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Report product issues, equipment malfunctions, or injuries to management promptly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable work habits and good attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery.
