About

Benevis Dental is seeking an Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality orthodontic care in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will deliver comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for malocclusions and dentofacial irregularities, using a full range of modalities including traditional braces, clear aligners, and other contemporary orthodontic appliances. You will perform detailed clinical exams, interpret radiographs and digital imaging, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress from initial consult through retention.
Working in partnership with our affiliated dental practices, you will collaborate closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists to coordinate interdisciplinary care that supports patients’ overall oral health. You will educate patients and parents on treatment options, oral hygiene, and long-term care, ensuring they understand the goals, timelines, and responsibilities associated with orthodontic treatment. You will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards, and contribute to an environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction, access to care, and evidence-based practice.
At Benevis Dental, we provide robust dental support services so you can focus on delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. As an Orthodontist, you will be supported by trained clinical and administrative teams, digital technologies, and established clinical protocols designed to enhance efficiency and patient experience. You will have opportunities for professional development, including access to continuing education, clinical mentoring, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for an Orthodontist who is passionate about expanding access to quality orthodontic care, enjoys working in a diverse patient community, and values a supportive practice environment. You will help shape treatment standards within your practice, provide guidance and mentorship to clinical team members, and contribute to the growth of services in the communities we serve. By joining Benevis Dental, you will be part of a mission-driven organization that supports your clinical autonomy while enabling you to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives and overall community health.
