motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales BDC Representative
to join our high-performing team!
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operation; managing all inbound leads for
three major automotive brands: Lexus, Chevrolet, and Toyota of Naperville . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with people, this is your opportunity to shine.

Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and chat Engage and qualify potential customers Schedule appointments for the sales team Keep CRM tools updated with accurate customer interactions Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Help manage the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a top-tier experience What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Customer-first mindset with relationship-building skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
