Job description:

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper delivery of services in accordance with commitments made with customers and internal and external parties involved. He supervises and manages teams (around 40 people), manages incidents and critical changes, and identifies opportunities for improvement to guarantee high quality service.

Responsabilities:

  • Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
  • Overall supervision and team management: Lead and coordinate the teams responsible for providing services, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the operational and human aspects of the systems in place to optimize performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Organizing training courses for the teams to improve their skills and efficiency. The SDM also ensures their own professional development to stay up to date with best practices and new technologies.
  • Monitoring the management of major incidents to ensure rapid and efficient resolution, thereby minimizing the impact on operations.
  • Making sure that all contractual commitments are respected. The SDM may be involved in negotiating contracts and SLAs with their client.
  • Resolving recurring problems: Identify recurring problems and work on lasting solutions to prevent their reoccurrence.
  • Continually seek and identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes and quality of services.
  • Conduct meetings and strategic discussions to align efforts with the company's objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and relevant reporting by analyzing trends and identifying areas requiring corrective actions or improvements.

Technical skills:

  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in managing critical incidents and change processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders.
  • Proven skill in analyzing trends and proactively resolving recurring issues.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead discussions and strategic forums.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, with an ability to leverage best practices and company offerings to improve service

Profile:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent diploma in IT (or science or Business school if significant experience).
  • Certifications: ITL V4 certified
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role: Significant experience in service management, team management and operational management is necessary.
