About

We are currently looking for a "Technical Leader Infrastructure" to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

The Technical Leader Infrastructure is responsible for guaranteeing the availability and reliability of the Datacenter infrastructures. It monitors, prioritizes and manages the ticket backlog to ensure their timely resolution. This role requires a combination of continuous monitoring, analysis, coordination and communication to optimize infrastructure performance and improve user satisfaction. He supervises and manages the teams (around 15 people),

Missions:

  • Guarantee availability and reliability: Contribute significantly to guaranteeing infrastructure availability and reliability.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor, prioritize and manage the ticket backlog to ensure rapid and efficient resolution.
  • Trend Analysis: Regularly track the number and type of tickets in the backlog to identify trends and bottlenecks.
  • Ticket Prioritization: Prioritize tickets based on urgency, business impact, and commitments, ensuring critical tickets are handled efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze backlog data to identify common causes of tickets and areas requiring improvement.
  • Technical supervision: Serve as technical referent for Infrastructure activities, supervising operations on a daily basis.
  • Technical Support: Advise and technically assist support team members, providing advanced support for incidents and user and DiT requests.
  • Performance analysis: Regularly analyze activities to initiate actions relating to performance, trends and possible improvements.
  • Complex Incident Coordination: Actively coordinate the resolution of complex incidents and ensure appropriate escalation when necessary.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance: Develop with the DiT and implement preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns, and organize corrective maintenance.
  • Training and development: Train team members to develop their technical skills and encourage them in best practices.
  • Optimization of efficiency: Implement and monitor action plans to optimize the efficiency of infrastructure support.
  • Management of knowledge bases: Guarantee the quality and timeliness of the knowledge bases used by the teams and maintain the situation of the scope of interventions.
  • Ensuring resilience: Ensuring the resilience of environments and driving the reduction of Internet (manual and repetitive work).

Profile :

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bac+3 to Bac+5 in IT or related field: Bachelor's or master's degree in IT (Bac+2 if significant experience).
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role: Significant experience in IT infrastructure management or technical supervision is necessary.
  • FR/ANGL mandatory

  • Adaptability and flexibility

Skills :

  • Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Ticket Management: Skills in ticket management and prioritization, with an ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Experience in team supervision, with management and employee development skills.
  • Analysis and resolution of problems: Ability to analyze incidents and performance to propose improvement solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with technical teams, management and users.
  • Training and Mentoring: Ability to train and coach team members to improve their skills.

Specific expertise :

  • ITL V4 foundation minimum certified.
  • Recent MS or Linux certifications are a plus
