1st Shift - General Labor

Job Title : General Labor / Plant Employee

Shift: 1 st Shift, 6:00am - 4:30pm M-Th

Salary: $20.00 / hour

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a General Laborer to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up and operating machines that perform various packaging functions, as well as performing general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. The ideal candidate will follow instructions and established guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery.
• Perform general manual labor including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Follow instructions and established safety and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist team members and supervisors as needed to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent work history
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
