Sorting Operator: 1st Shift (7am–3pm) – Full-Time with Flexibility

• Hours: 7 am- 3pm  
• Days: Monday – Friday (choose your shifts in the app)

As a Sorting Operator, you’ll inspect and sort the white plastic trim and decorative molding used by builders to ensure only top-quality products are shipped.

• Inspect pallets of product to separate high-quality pieces from scrap.
• Use basic tools and work instructions to verify product dimensions.
• Identify and sort materials that can be recycled versus those that are waste.
• Follow all safety rules and immediately report any equipment or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Able to stay productive when priorities change or deadlines are tight.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods in extreme temperatures.
• Able to read blueprints/manuals and strictly follow safety/PPE rules.
• A self-directed worker who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Strong verbal skills and the "tact" to work well with different types of people.
