Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient diary management Qualify leads to ensure all booked meetings are relevant and commercially valuable Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and prospects using Google Sheets Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling documentation Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Support the wider sales pipeline through consistent lead nurturing and communicationSkills & Experience Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer service Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Confident and professional telephone mannerSalary & Benefits:
£28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus incentive based on qualified meetings Profit based bonus scheme 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme What you need to do now:
