Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with both customers and the service team to coordinate appointments, provide accurate estimates, and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming experience.
• Conduct initial assessments of vehicle service needs and record customer concerns.
• Prepare and explain service estimates and recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repair work.
• Manage service appointments and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
• Handle customer questions and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software used for scheduling and invoicing.
