Business Development Representative | Commercial Structural & Masonry Restoration

We're recruiting a Business Development Representative on behalf of one of the Northeast's most respected exterior structural restoration contractors. Family-owned, deeply rooted in Connecticut and New England, with over 40 years of legacy work on some of the region's most high-profile structures - from Yale University to historic landmark buildings across the state.

This role is about generating leads and building relationships with property managers, federal building owners, universities, municipalities, and HOAs through trade shows, networking groups, and direct outreach. When an opportunity is ready to move to a bid, the technical and account management team takes it from there. Your job is to keep the pipeline full and stay close to your contacts throughout.

$85,000 to $90,000 base depending on experience & a comprehensive benefits package

  • 1-2% commission on contract value for every deal that closes from your pipeline

Character, drive, and the ability to go out and win trust with people - this is the primary requirement

  • B2B relationship selling or business development experience in the building restoration sector
  • Masonry restoration knowledge is required
