About The Client: An American technological research and consulting firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, that conducts research on technology and shares this research both through private consulting as well as executive programs and conferences. It's a product-based company. It provides research and consulting services for businesses in the IT sector, working with organizations to develop technology strategies, plans, and budgets, as well as selecting the right technologies for their operations. Its clients include large corporations, government agencies, technology companies, and investment firms.
About The Job: This role will provide support for customer and business processes (including but not limited to Customer, Account and Enterprise data management) with focus on process improvement and addressing client/customer needs. The primary focus will be around maintaining the overall data quality and accuracy of our client data that's leveraged in dashboards, reporting and analysis throughout the enterprise. The Data Stewardship team is part of the CDO organization at organisation. The team is responsible for supporting all MDM queues and data quality reports for many different business units across organisation. These queues and reports consist of contacts, accounts, and D&B/enterprise data. Our main objective is data quality across each domain and the alignment between contacts & accounts, and accounts and enterprises.
Essential Job Functions
Monitor, process, and correct client data by adhering to corporate data quality standards.
Research provided company names to identify missing or invalid company addresses.
Perform changes in company's systems upon discovery of existing duplicates or errors.
Complete special projects as requested.
Independently complete assignments with little to no oversight.
Deliver all assignment work within quality standards and on time, often within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Top 3 skills: Microsoft Excel, good communication, research skill.
Excellent verbal and written English.
2 years of experience as a business or data analyst preferred.
Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Strong communication skills to ensure satisfaction of associates requesting support.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction.
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent work ethic.
Bachelor Degree preferred.
