Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
- Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc)
- Surgical extractions
- Dentures
- Treatment planning and patient education
- Emergency and limited specialty procedures as comfortable
- Maintain continuity of care and excellent patient experience
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dentist who:
- Is personable, compassionate, and confident clinically
- Practices ethical, patient-first dentistry
- Communicates clearly with patients and team members
- Is comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
- Can maintain existing treatment philosophy and standard of care
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience (Private practice preferred but not required)
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in Florida
- Current malpractice coverage
- DEA license
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position (4 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday)
- Competitive compensation structure (daily guarantee and/or percentage-based, based on experience)
