As an Instructional Design Program Manager, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting regulatory compliance and training excellence. Develop and manage regulatory-compliant training programs that meet SEC oversight standards Operationalize governance frameworks to enhance facilitation, certification, and training execution quality Oversee the adoption and continuous improvement of training processes across the organization Turn training quality and performance data into actionable insights for ongoing enhancement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with strategic goals and regulatory requirements What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in program management, training, or learning governance Experience with regulatory compliance in training environments Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Lists and Power BI Deep understanding of instructional design principles and Learning Management Systems (LMS) What's in it for me?
