Job Summary Works as part of a first‑of‑its‑kind digital engineering group at Inception Health. Delivers greenfield mobile products and contributes to shaping our engineering culture while building a resilient, cross‑functional engineering team. The role focuses on developing high‑quality mobile experiences leveraging native iOS and Android development and cross‑platform technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform. Inception Health aspires to maintain a full‑stack engineering culture that empowers engineers across the technology stack to deliver member‑ and provider‑facing experiences that are performant, reliable, and accessible.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in software programming, experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or Golang.
Mastery of one or more technical domains and regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) among peers, mentoring others.
Efficient at decomposing requirements into engineering tasks within an issue tracker such as Jira, Trello, or GitHub Issues/Projects.
Proficient at debugging production issues using observability tools.
Comfortable creating and reviewing component or system architecture designs that conform to industry best practices.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between $49.15 and $84.07 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
