Job Title: Lead, Electrical Engineer (RF Design) As a member of the Product Support Engineering team you will be tasked with investigating a variety of problems including RF/Analog, assembly, SMT and test related. A thorough understanding of radio transmitter and receiver design is required. Mitigating component shortages through qualifying alternatives or redesigning circuits and sub-assemblies. Working with design engineering and manufacturing teams to introduce new designs into manufacturing. Working with design engineering to make necessary circuit changes prior to and during the launch of new products. Troubleshooting unit, modules, and boards to the component level.
Ability to design and conduct engineering experiments and act upon test results. Design and analysis of circuits and components utilizing ADS, Matlab and various design and simulation tools. Ability to use typical lab equipment: Oscilloscope, DMM, Spectrum & Network analyzers, and signal generators. Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Electrical engineering degree.
