RN ICU Float Pool

UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for our ICU Float Pool. In this role, you’ll deliver expert, patient-centered critical care across multiple ICU units within our Colorado-based nonprofit system. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, ventilator and hemodynamic management, titration of critical drips, and rapid response to changes in patient status. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support quality and safety initiatives, and mentor newer nurses.
