Physical Therapist

Avera Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists, documenting care in EMR systems and educating patients and families on home programs.
