Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

We are currently seeking a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role requires working 40 hours per week , with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm . Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

• Meet each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning journey.
• Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification.
• Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
