About the RoleWe are currently seeking a full-time Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role requires working 40 hours per week , with shifts between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm . Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.
Your Responsibilities- Meet each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning journey.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
