As a Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
- Providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Building strong professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policy.
- Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English – essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years – desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS – desirable
