What you'll be doing: Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure adherence to best practices in testing methodologies. Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system access and functional requirements. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce regression testing time. Review and report on testing results, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders. Assist in requirement gathering and analysis as necessary. Analyze and prioritize defects to enhance product quality.
