Nursery Practitioner - Level 2

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, creating outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to meet the developmental outcomes for each child.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continuous development.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively engaging in your own professional growth.
• Foster a fun, caring, and friendly environment that promotes high-quality learning.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• The ability to work shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM , Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
• A commitment to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) .
• Relevant qualifications such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or EY Educator.
