Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a key person for a designated group of children, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
  • Fluency in Written and Spoken English: Essential
  • Experience: Over 1 year in Early Years is desirable
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements is desirable
