Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 3
Hours: 27 hours per week
Salary: £16,947 per annum / £13.58 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and followed.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Essential: A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
