Essential Job Duties: Provides excellent customer support, guidance and product training to customers via phone as appropriate. Builds and maintains customer relationships. Opens customer accounts by recording account information: Address, Phone, Email(s), Commission Code by State, Account Selection and using workflows for credit terms. Supports sales efforts throughout the organization, including directing sales leads in a timely manner to appropriate personnel. Processes orders, works to resolve issues and provides technical support to Area Sales Representatives and other internal functions. Provides proper service level to customers by liaising the other departments that interact with account. Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expedition correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Processes credits and returns, daily, for entire Dispense Division, which allows customer to receive credit for item(s) being returned. Works with Warehouse Supervisor on problems such as wrong item shipped and follow up on. Effectively uses multiple software/computer systems to service accounts. Maintains high level of current product knowledge, customer base and knowledge of the market. Contributes to the team workplace environment where everyone is working together toward a common goal. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Assist inside sales team with technical questions. Performs these and other duties as assigned. In addition to the above duties, the Senior Inside Sales Representative will: Qualifications and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related field experience within the Industry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience highly desirable. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Must have ability to work with patience and courtesy with customers and co-workers. Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries. Must have strong organizational skills. Must be able to enter information into multiple screens while listening to information from customers. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service and forecasting software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Must have ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret and/or respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills:
Candidate must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Must understand exchange rates and margins. Reasoning Ability:
Candidate must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Candidate must also have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Spends majority of the day sitting in front of computers in a busy office environment. Must be able to work with constant interruptions. Noise level is moderately quiet with time spans where noise levels may be increased due to production. Qualifications
