The Role As Creative Design Manager, you'll lead the vision, execution, and delivery of all visual content across digital, retail, packaging, and marketing channels. You'll play a key role in defining and elevating the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact in everything produced. This is a hands-on leadership role combining design expertise, creative direction, team management, and strategic thinking. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life that truly resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and inspire an in-house design team Translate briefs into compelling, high-quality creative concepts Own and champion brand identity across all touchpoints (digital, in-store, packaging, events, and campaigns) Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency Turn business and marketing objectives into clear creative direction Oversee photoshoots, video production, and wider content creation Manage multiple projects, timelines, and workflows effectively Take ownership of the end-to-end creative pipeline and internal traffic management Lead and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions Integrate AI-powered tools into the design workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies in a way that aligns with brand values
About You Extensive experience in a creative/design role, ideally within consumer-focused or lifestyle-led brands Proven track record in a creative leadership or management position Strong portfolio demonstrating both xbpsjku creative flair and strategic thinking Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly) Solid understanding of print processes (digital and litho) High attention to detail, including artwork proofing and colour accuracy Confident communicator with strong leadership and project management skills Commercially aware with the ability to balance creativity and business needs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience preparing artwork for print (bleed, crop marks, colour setup) A blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution Competitive salary with Hybrid working
