Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you’ll be supported in developing your skills and advancing your career. Job duties include: following an appropriate plan of care and providing evidenced-based treatment methods to assist patients in returning to prior level of function. Furthermore, the physical therapist assistant is required to maintain accurate, up to date documentation and billing. Comprehensive knowledge of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, and experience with various post-operative protocols, and wound care experience is preferred. We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly skilled therapists, in a dynamic and refreshing environment, with 1:1 care provided to our patients on a 40–60-minute schedule. Compensation can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties. Qualifications Proven work or clinical experience as a PTA Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through) Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy assistant Additional Information Compensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour; can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties. Sign-on bonus of $3,000
