Position is in office four days per week in Media. The IT Manager is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. The Manager is hands on in every aspect and supervises the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The IT Manager understands every facet of the current and future hardware and software technology needed. Prior background and knowledge of a consumer products company’s best practice practices is essential. Responsibilities: Manage MS365 Power BI, SharePoint, and Cloud usage. Must be able to implement all tools to move the organization forward with the right technology to utilize them and have the ability to be more effective. Manage IT staff and off-site contractors including a 3rd party contactor who takes care of security and hardware such as routers. Handle department annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness as well as assist with total Company budget process by introducing new tools. Manage information technology, computer and ERP (currently using “Appraise ERP” (a consumer goods application) systems. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Train, coach, communicate job expectations and appraising their performance. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Oversee and improve company’s B2B ecommerce operations with Walmart, Amazon and Kohl’s. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes as well as preserve assets, information security and control structures. Requirements: Highly competent with cloud technology, Share Point, Power BI and all of the analytical tools. Previous experience selecting, and project manage a new ERP system is essential. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data base administrator and creating data bases; with the ability to manage a data warehouse and import and export data from our ERP. Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager with a consumer goods company and 10 years IT experience overall. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware and software systems as well as system architecture. Strong skill with using and utilizing AI to improve IT area. Total hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, security, disaster recovery and network installation. Ability to manage personnel and projects to completion. BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
