Our client is a fast-growing consulting and software firm that focuses on helping managed service providers simplify and scale Microsoft 365 security and operations. This role is centered on building community and driving advocacy across the Microsoft 365 and MSP ecosystem, while also contributing across presales, post-sales, and technical support. You’ll champion engagement within the Microsoft space, helping MSP partners strengthen their capabilities and grow as Microsoft Partners. The position includes representing the business at events and conferences, while sharing insights and supporting internal teams. Solution Architecture & Delivery Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services Define architecture, governance, security, and compliance frameworks Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into solution designs Provide guidance on identity, security, and integration with Azure and third-party systems Presales & Client Engagement Partner with sales teams to support presales activities, including client presentations, demos, and solution proposals Lead technical workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and solution estimations Articulate business value and ROI of Microsoft 365 solutions to stakeholders Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years focused on Microsoft 365 architecture Proven presales experience, including customer-facing roles, solution presentations, and proposal development Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), security, compliance, and identity management Solid understanding of hybrid environments and migration strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
