Develop and execute a multi-year technology plan aligned with organizational priorities Infrastructure Oversight:
Manage internal and external infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud environments Cybersecurity:
Lead security strategy, risk management, compliance, and incident response planning Systems & Integrations:
Support and enhance ERP/financial systems, CRM platforms, and data/reporting tools Project Leadership:
Drive IT initiatives including system upgrades, integrations, and ongoing improvements Vendor & Budget Management:
Oversee IT budget, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Finance, Operations, and program teams to improve workflows and system usage What we’re looking for Proven experience in an
IT leadership or management role
with direct team oversight Strong background in
cybersecurity, infrastructure, and systems management Experience supporting and integrating
business systems (ERP, CRM, data/reporting tools) Ability to balance
strategic thinking with hands-on execution Strong communication skills and ability to work across a
mission-driven organization Nice to have Nonprofit or human services experience SQL / database exposure Experience supporting donor or CRM platforms Bonus / differentiators Experience conducting or supporting a
technology assessment Track record of building and executing
