This role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decisions Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams Development Design and build custom Salesforce applications using: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce REST/SOAP APIs Develop integrations and enterprise-level solutions Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability Operational Excellence Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications Provide production support and troubleshoot issues Implement best practices for security, performance, and governance Mentor junior developers Must-Have Skills 8+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on expertise with: Apex, LWC, Visualforce Salesforce APIs & integrations 5+ years in solution architecture / technical leadership Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level applications Strong stakeholder communication and advisory skills Preferred Qualifications xywuqvp
