Junior Content Manager
to join our editorial team. If you enjoy connecting with top executives, telling impactful business stories, and working across global markets, this role is for you. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across print, digital, video, and live events while building relationships with CEOs, government leaders, and industry experts. caa is a fast-growing media and business intelligence company that produces high-impact content focused on key industries and markets across the US. Through a combination of annual reports, digital publications, interviews with top executives, and live events, caa connects business leaders, governments, and investors; helping tell the stories that shape regional economic growth and opportunity. ✨ What You’ll Do Own and support 1–2 projects across caa’s editorial platforms Connect with and schedule interviews with top-level executives (5+ weekly) Conduct interviews and lead engaging conversations with industry leaders Research companies, markets, and trends to shape compelling content Write, edit, and refine articles, newsletters, and press releases Identify key insights and help develop impactful editorial narratives Maintain accuracy across CRM systems and internal documentation Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and local authorities Support social media and AI-assisted content creation Contribute to event launches, media outreach, and conference support What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience in PR, marketing, editorial, or similar fields Bachelor’s degree required Strong communication & phone skills (you’re confident speaking with executives) Excellent writing, editing, and research abilities Highly organized and detail-oriented Fluent in English (required) Comfortable using AI tools Interest in business, economics, and global markets (a plus) What We Offer Extensive training & ongoing professional development (growth) Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Mentorship program Competitive holiday and Paid Time Off (PTO) Summer early Fridays ☀️ Paid Parental Leave Volunteerism Leave Team Member Referral Bonus Meaningful networking opportunities nationwide Why Join caa?
