We are growing quickly and are looking for a *Senior Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead* to join our team. This role is a chance to take ownership of impactful projects, lead by example, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
The Role
As a *Senior Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead*, you will:
* *Architect and deliver* complex technical solutions that directly support healthcare operations.
* Provide *technical leadership* across projects, guiding development best practices, code quality, and scalable design.
* Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
* Balance *hands-on coding* with leadership responsibilities—setting direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery at speed.
* Take initiative in a *dynamic, changing environment*, adapting to new priorities and challenges with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
* *7+ years of professional software development experience* in fast-paced environments.
* *Proficiency in multiple languages*:
* *Python* (primary backend work)
* *JavaScript* (React, Node, or similar frameworks)
* *Strong data skills*, with comfort working in Excel for analysis and rapid prototyping.
* Proven ability to *design architectures and ship solutions* that solve complex, evolving needs quickly and reliably.
* Demonstrated experience as a *technical leader*, mentor, or team lead.
* Strong analytical and business logic skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
*Bonus Points For:*
* Experience with *Power BI* for data visualization and reporting.
* Hands-on work with *Salesforce* integrations or custom development.
* Previous exposure to healthcare technology or operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
