Working Arable Foreman / Experienced Operator

WORKING ARABLE FOREMAN/ EXPERIENCED OPERATOR

Required for 1800ha owner occupied arable farming business near Grantham, South Lincolnshire. Main responsibilities will include supporting the day to day running of the farm and operating modern equipment. An understanding of precision technology and an enthusiasm is necessary for efficient production of food within scientifically measured environmental practices.

Suitable candidates will ideally possess a formal agricultural qualification along with PA1/2 and telehandler certificate.

We offer a competitive package, continuing training and a 4-bedroom house on the farm if required. Local schooling is of a high standard.
