About
This is not a corporate IT job — you will be solving real problems, building systems, and working directly with the owner to improve efficiency across the business.
*What you’ll do:*
* Set up and manage software (Google Workspace, CRM, job systems)
* Build automations (Make.com / Zapier / AI tools)
* Improve office systems and workflows
* Fix day-to-day tech issues
* Help with data, reporting, and process improvement
*What we want:*
* Smart, practical problem solver
* Comfortable with computers, software, and learning new tools fast
* Interest in AI, automation, or tech
* Organised and reliable
* Local to East Grinstead / able to commute
No formal qualifications required — ability matters more.
*Bonus if you have:*
* Used tools like Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Google Sheets
* Basic understanding of APIs or integrations
* Built anything yourself (automation, website, scripts)
