Your RoleWe are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. If you have experience working across Key Stages 3 & 4 and are ready to guide students with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum—especially in Functional Skills Maths and/or English—this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities- Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students.
- Utilize our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens.
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Successful teaching experience.
- Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly with SEMH and ASC needs.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- A reflective practitioner with a good understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
