We are looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Southampton!

Your RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
- Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
- Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our residents.
- Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working with children and young people, along with an understanding of the challenges they face.
- The ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including 7 × 24-hour shifts (09:00-09:30 the following day) with sleep-ins.
- A willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel purposes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A commitment to learning and personal development.
- A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).

- A competitive salary: £33,349.58 for unqualified staff and up to £35,935.36 for qualified staff (Level 3/4), including sleep-in shifts.
