About

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $21-$24 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Contract / Short-term assignment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and post customer payments including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
  • Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Perform collections via phone and email while maintaining professional client relationships
  • Apply cash accurately and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Assist with invoice generation and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within accounting systems
  • Support the accounting team with additional AR-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous accounts receivable or billing experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with collections and customer communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and able to commit to a short-term assignment
