Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $21-$24 per hour
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Employment Type: Contract / Short-term assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions
- Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Perform collections via phone and email while maintaining professional client relationships
- Apply cash accurately and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with invoice generation and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within accounting systems
- Support the accounting team with additional AR-related tasks as needed
- Previous accounts receivable or billing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with collections and customer communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to commit to a short-term assignment
