Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence and function. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
