Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The OT will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living, cognition, and mobility. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll document in EMR, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
