Occupational Therapist

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess and treat patients across diverse settings to improve independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based interventions for ADLs, functional mobility, and cognition, and educating patients and families. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in our EMR, and contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives.
