Verra Mobility's DevOps engineers have a track record of consistently and iteratively building automation solutions to make software development and product implementation go faster. We are looking for engineers who can build efficient and maintainable automation systems, administer servers at scale, and declaratively build cloud infrastructure with code. Skills you need: Full stack knowledge. TCP/IP, Windows Server, .NET applications, IT Security Application Monitoring Performance testing Azure DevOps YAML build /release pipelines Azure DevOps Service administration Build/Release server configuration Tool building. Using code to build a reusable toolbox of capabilities. Coding tools with testability, maintainability, and discoverability in mind. DevOps Evangelism. You encourage best development and devops practices in every interaction. You can provide tactical steps to reach strategic goals. Innovation. You have the ability to analyze problems and design solutions without dependence on presently perceived constraints. By focusing on the desired outcome, you can modify and design processes that avoid as many problems as they solve. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code 5+ years of experience with software release pipelines Desirable Extras: PowerShell scripting Python scripting Agile practice Project management Other Essential Responsibilities: Collaboration Process automation Infrastructure-as-code creation and maintenance Azure DevOps Service administration Azure DevOps YAML authoring Agile Methodologies Terraform/ARM/Bicep infrastructure declarations Middleware configuration scripting
