About
7+ years of experience working in the network engineering field • Demonstrated expertise supporting latency sensitive global networks • Experience in planning and leading complex network projects involving design, configuration, and implementation of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancers, security, and VPN appliances • Expert level knowledge of tuning dynamic routing protocols • Excellent working knowledge and experience with multicast • Understanding of EVPN VxLAN to create overlay/underlay networks • Experience supporting Internet infrastructure as in site-to-site VPNs and firewalls • Designing, building, and managing layer 1 network devices • Exposure to RF network design with an understanding of the fundamentals • In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP network stack and the ability to troubleshoot network related issues using relevant tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, etc. • Strong scripting ability and automation experience; Python and Ansible strongly preferred • Prior experience in finance or trading domains is preferred
