About
Onsite - DOJ - Wash, DC (possibly some remote depending on needs) Top Secret Clearance- Active The purpose of the system is to maintain a centralized view of all leads, matters, and cases and improve the outreach experience to citizens contacting and engaging with NSD through various methods per section. This new system will replace all critical and major business processes supported today by legacy systems. The system is a legal case management system that our team implemented last year. Each business unit will have both overlapping and unique requirements for workflows, reporting, dashboards, records, document management, knowledge management, stakeholder communication, and other features. Integration, transition, and data migration process, including application configuration, data extraction, data storage, user training, customer support, operational support, and incident response. National Security Division Start: Immediate, 5 year contract Clearance: Active Top Secret Skillsets: 7 years experience working on Salesforce implementations, ideally in government spaces - prefer one or more Salesforce Certification, ideally Developer
